Sunshine State Automation is a conveyor systems and controls company in Florida. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to information when you visit this website or send us a project. We are a small company, we do not sell data, and we would rather tell you exactly what we do than bury it.
If you fill in the quote form, what you type is emailed to us and nowhere else. We use it to reply to you and to price your project.
If you just read the site, a visitor analytics service tries to identify the company your network belongs to, not you personally. It is how a small company learns whether anyone is reading.
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics for page-view counts. It is cookieless, does not fingerprint your browser, and does not identify you or your company.
We do not sell your information, ever, and we do not run advertising on this site or share your details with advertisers.
The quote form on this site asks for your name, company, email address, and optionally your phone number, project type, target rate, timeline and a description of the work. You can also attach a file such as a drawing, layout or spreadsheet.
That submission is delivered to our own email inboxes through a transactional email service. It is not added to a marketing list, and you will not receive newsletters or automated sales sequences because we do not run any. We keep quote correspondence and any drawings you send for as long as we are working with you and afterward as an ordinary business record, in the same way we keep any other project file.
If you email or call us directly, we keep that correspondence for the same reason.
Like nearly every website, this one records basic technical information when a page loads: the page requested, the time, your browser type, and your IP address. Our hosting provider uses this to serve pages and to block abuse.
We also use a business visitor identification service. It reads the IP address of the network you are browsing from and attempts to match it to a company. It tells us that someone at, for example, a distribution company in Georgia read the conveyor page. It does not tell us who you are, and we have no way to identify an individual visitor through it. If you are browsing from home or on a mobile network, it usually identifies nothing at all.
We use this because we are a small company trying to find out whether our website is reaching the kind of business we can help. If that is not something you want, the section below explains how to opt out.
We use a small number of outside services to run this site. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job.

These providers act on our behalf and are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing.
This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The visitor identification service described above may set a cookie to recognize a returning visit from the same browser. Your browser settings can block or clear cookies at any time, and the site will work normally without them.
You can opt out of the business visitor identification service directly at leadfeeder.com/privacy/opt-out. Most browser tracking protection and ad blockers also prevent it from loading.
Email support@sunshinestateautomation.com and ask. We will tell you what we hold, and we will delete it unless we are required to keep it as a business or tax record. You do not need to explain why, and asking will not affect any quote or project.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, at the same address.
This is a website for industrial buyers. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
We are based in Florida and our service providers process data in the United States. If you are contacting us from outside the United States, your information will be handled in the United States.
The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are encrypted in transit, and access to the resulting email is limited to the people at our company who need it. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise, but we do not keep more than we need and we do not store payment details on this site.
If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top. We will not quietly start doing something this page says we do not do.
